Heal The Planet Global Organisation -HTP Powered by The Joseph Project in California, USA today 16th April 2022 will reach out to 50 vulnerable families in Kampala's "Ghetto" Katwe .


HTP Team led by President Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin visited poverty stricken families. Many stay in leaking shanty houses with animals, no mattresses and basic needs. Many are young mothers breastfeeding with no support from those responsible for the children yet some are pregnant.

The Karamajong families have been forced from Kampala Streets where they have been dependent on hand outs from by passers who they beg from.


The World Needs and you can support a family; this is just the beginning.


We strongly appreciate Dr Joan Ross and her husband William Ross for the donation of $ 500 they have made towards this campaign. It doesn't matter how much you give, even 10 dollars can support a family.


Today's donation will enable 50 families have Rice, Soap, Sugar and Maize floor as a gesture that we believe in humanity, we stand  with the needy and giving is an act of kindness. 


We have done it before and we shall always do it. Prudence Foundation with Prudential during the first COVID 19 Lock down funded us with $40,000  and we fed more than 6000 families in 50 villages of Kampala and Wakiso.

News-HTP Intervenes in Church Wrangles; 27th Aug 2013
 Heal The Planet President & Founder Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin has appeared alongside the Residence City Commissioner-RCC formerly RDC Mrs.Zaina Muwonge Born again, formerly a Muslim of Lubaga  in a hot meeting of Born Again Pastors at Living Water Church in Najjanankumbi off Busabara Rd- Lubaga Division Kampala. The Despite that has called for Dozens of Police officers and security personnels surrounding the church is on allegations of attempted  selling the land and church by a few individuals in the church. According to the Documents seen by HTP presented by lawyers, the church had been transferred from its status of being a Non Government Organization -NGO to being a Company Limited by Guarantee without the awareness of the NGO board and the founders of the church who claim to have built it to its current status. The Complainants have been sealed off outside that prompted them to chair the meeting in a tent next to the church to resolve the church grievances. Addressing the pastors about 100 of them Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin has asked the pastors to reposes there church by court backed with the media. The RCC has promised to give security to the pastors and necessary assistance to reposes there church and asked them to re-register there legality under NGO board or Born Again Pentecostal Churches under Pastor Lwere following Alex Mitala replacement. Heal The Planet is committed in one of its programs to promote peace and eliminate conflicts hence its intervention.  MABIRA FOREST- HEAL THE PLANET’S TODAY’S PRESS CONFERENCE PENDING CLEARANCE FROM GENERAL KALE KAIHURA (I.G.P)

We regret by last night we hadn't received a formal or phone communication in respect of clearance for our first press conference due to take place in Mabira Forest today Thursday 01st August 2013. Our program has been that we set off from Serena Hotel Kampala at 11:00am (English time) to Mabira forest. The media crew/journalists would be entitled to free transport, Food & drinks and hopefully a small allowance.

Members of the public would be required to pay Ten thousand (10,000/=) to cover their transport and lunch.


Issues to be addressed include the following;

1- Intention to sue the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) /National Forest Authority (NFA) & Ministry of Environment & Natural Resources over negligence as natural resources & environment is compromised.

2- Readdressing the Egyptian Crisis- Calling for UPDF/A.U troop deployment in Egypt.

3- Advocating for government and Non-government intervention on increasing number of maternity death.

4- Kivum

bi CID grilling over Grunting Asylum in Uganda for NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden.5- Finding final remedy for Democratic Republic of Congo aging humanitarian & Political crisis.

The ministry of Defense is yet to decide grunting us a Uganda People’s Defense Force (UPDF) chopper to standby for security purposes. Invited also are both international & local journalists. If by 11:00am we’ve not received clearance from Uganda Police we shall have to adjourn our program and have it immediately upon clearance. The Chief Guest EX Ethics & Integrity Minister Hon James Nsaba Buturo has confirmed his coming. In 2009 IGP grunted Permission for Kivumbi Peaceful Demonstration on Kampala Streets and a rally in Nkrumah Grounds Makerere University in respect of safe measures on Uganda Roads hit by road accidents. However in 2010 Kivumbi was arrested at Parliament with PDP officials demonstrating over Extravagancy by State and Negligence of social obligations. Mr. Kivumbi was detained at CPS for 3 days and battled government at Buganda Road Court for Six Months until court dismissed the case-Uganda Vs Kivumbi Earnest Benjamin & 2 others.
